Scientific Research & Development:

　　The company owns a research department with strong capacity of researching, developing and innovating. There are dozens of full-time personnel who devote to science and technology research and development work, in which 8 are professors, 2 professors enjoying government subsidies, 36 senior engineers, and more than ten are doctor’s or master’s degree holders. The company also sets up Shengli Petroleum Equipment Research Center which locates in an independent scientific research laboratory building covering about 3000 square meters. The center has five laboratories engaging in fields of drilling equipment、oil production equipment、offshore petroleum equipment and so on, besides, there are dozens of different advanced testing devices and detection devices.

　　The company cooperates with many countries whice have the advanced offshore oil technologies like America, Norway and so on. In addition, it has strategically set up long-term cooperating relationship with Shengli Oilfield. Meanwhile, the company has cooperated with American ACPT Co.Permea (China) Co. Ltd? to build up the production base for membrane separation nitrogen generation equipment . The company has participated in 863 projects and also undertaken the main projects of Shandong province and Dongying city many times. Some projects have been rewarded by the province and city.

　　Training Base:

　　A training center has been established along with the development of the company to meet the requirement of highly skilled people. The training center conducts various training activities and cultivates numerous excellent persons for strategic planning, international trade and new-high technology to make great contributions to the company

　　Manufacturing Equipment and quality assurance system :

　　The company is equipped with complete production equipments amounting to more than 500 sets such as H-shaped steel automatic production line,heavy duty shot blasting machine and paint spraying support equipment，numerically controlled machine，open side planer, floor type boring machine, lathes, radial drilling machine, grinding machine, milling machine, different kinds of welding machine and so on. The annual capacity of drilling rig is about 60 sets, and 10 rigs can be assembled and calibrated simultaneously at the erecting yard.

　　The production will be strictly conformed to ISO 9001, API, HSE and related national standard. Each drilling rig will be strictly assembled, inspected and tested before delivery.
